Initially, I have a confidential conversation with you to understand your  recent experience, project exposure, career goals, and lifestyle priorities, while providing clear insight into where your background sits in the current market. 

Together we walk through:

• Honest feedback on role suitability, salary expectations, and realistic career pathways 

• Alignment of your profile with live job opportunities currently available in the market 

• Strategic guidance on which opportunities best support your short- and long-term career progression

• Agreement on shortlist of companies and hiring managers to approach on your behalf

Upon agreement on which Quantity Surveyor/Cost Management consultancies you're interested in been considered for I consult with hiring managers and decision makers within these firms to see if there's opportunities available.

Upon which I submit your CV for their review before setting up an interview with relevant stakeholders.

Once there is mutual interest, I coordinate and schedule interviews directly with hiring managers, scheduling interviews and managing timelines and communication.

I prepare you thoroughly for each interview, provide real-time feedback, and help you position your experience clearly and confidently.

I walk you through each offer in detail, advise on market terms, and support negotiations so you can make an informed and confident decision.

I assist with the transition into your new role, ensuring a structured handover and a smooth start with your new employer.
